Food diary 3/8/12
Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal toast with cottage cheese and eggs, earl grey tea.
Lunch: Hungry Jacks tendergrill chicken burger (reasonable option after work I think, grilled chicken, salad, mayo on sourdough bread), glass of skim milk.
Snack: cold milo
Dinner: baked chicken with spinach and cheese, sweet potato

Food diary 2/8/12
I am EXHAUSTED today.
Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal toast with cottage cheese, earl grey tea
Lunch: Salmon, mashed potato with hollandaise sauce and glass of orange juice
Dinner: 2 wholemeal toasted chicken sandwiches, glass of skim milk
I’m going to die if I don’t have a treat snack: frozen fanta raspberry with icecream
I mean it, physically and emotionally exhausted today. I did pushups in the morning and I did a 4km walk/run, in which I beat my fastest 1km time. I’m not going to feel bad for having a treat. :)

Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal toast with cottage cheese and peri peri prawns, green tea
Snack: glass of skim milk
Lunch: Nando’s classic chicken wrap
Dinner: chicken and veggies, earl grey tea
Had a good day, hiked 5.4kms, lots of water, going to cram in some strengthies now before bed. :)

Food diary 31/7/12
Sigh… today…
Breakfast: seared chicken snack wrap from mcdonalds
Lunch: spinach and ricotta ravioli
Snack: small hot chocolate, no sugar
Dinner: quinoa with peri peri, prawns and greens
I had a long sitdown work meeting today. -_- Followed it with a nice 4km walk/run in the sunshine. Then.. I recieved the sad news of my uncle’s passing. Unexpectedly. Which I followed with a dark chocolate cherry ripe bar.
……….
I’ll be alright. Going to do some serious strength training tonight.. feel better. Might take tomorrow off work.

Food diary 30/7/12
Breakfast: wholemeal english muffin with cottage cheese and tuna, hot milo
Lunch: Veggie pastie, treat size twix
Dinner: Olga’s chicken schnitzel (really low fat), greens and sweet potato
one cup of tea and one milo.
worked 6 hours and walked home, couldnt fit strength training after cleaning the house, vacumming/mopping etc etc.
nothing else to report. ho hum.
